Anyone gan doon for this game? 23rd of August. Me and me dad decided to go when we realized that Scunthorpe is about level with Manchester just a bit east. Probs about 3 hours away from the toon maybe a bit more. Anyone else?

No depends on Sky, the last two years they've had games on the Thursday night, and generally pick a team playing on the following Sunday. Last year Birmingham v Rochdale was on the Thursday.
Tenner bets that's our game then since we're playing Fulham on the Sunday. Will mean I have to pick my results up early then get straight on coach probably.
Good luck with that, I agree think it will be on the Thursday which will be when I'm probably back home and not down in Nottingham (which isn't too far away).
If by just a bit east Tash means like 70 miles or whatever, then yes. Just a bit east! haha! It's other side of the country Tash! East Midlands rather than West! I live (when not at uni) like 30/40 minutes away from Scunny in Lincoln (same county like) so it would have been ideal BUT unfortunately I am heading back up to Manchester on that day which sucks.
