My read of the rules say they know some stuff and would want to guide town away form thier desired locations? am i right? then there's "town": the sherrif team: power to lock up and then a power to kill after lock up somehow. The bar man: - gets people drunk the whore: its not a distraction by the sound of it but it effectively protects her from death each night. gunsmith. seems weak an needs to find a gun but could have best gun in town if he gets a good one thief steals guns marty and the doc. time travel power. mayor, has a double vote. needs to be careful with it or it could reveal his role could be crucial later in game. the priest. very powerful role for town if town uses it well. This persons can collect peoples roles each night and hold them. In effect they can give a nod to fellow town. sanctuary also protects town players at night. I would suggest as many town as they can take sanctuary and I would also suggest most bad guys would want his guy lynched cos they can't kill him at night (bar 50/50) this guy needs to reveal somehow to prevent the lynch. hedley lamar. seems the usual guy with an agenda. Seems to have a quest finding --r---- - ---r- I presume this is one of the characters? blufford. another town role with an anitdote to others and a poison he can use once. not terrible powerful but could take out a bad guy for us. like a vigilante I would just say of this last loose grouping: this is a chaos game. There is no point pretending this is a cohesive town that will pull together as there's bound to be half of them wanting to run off and rob the bank on their own to win. My suggestion to ALL town is this: theres 13 of us i think. that 13 should think hard about thier powers and remember you are currently more likely kill a town than a bad guy. Theres only a couple of killing powers directly in the town but a couple good investigators mayor should immediately seek sanctuary with priest I think as should gunsmith? the sherrifs and marys should not i guess unless they want to tell priest who they are. Of course they could all have agendas they don't want priest to know either. anyone got any clue about the lone ranger code? It seems a 2 word clue 7 letters in first word and 5 in second. a name? I don't think it matchs any name in game??
