At the very least he will be part of the squad for tomorrow. 2. It's a low squad number, if it was make-shift would they give him some crappy number like 97? Otherwise they risk the wrath of fans buying his shirt. 3. Nicely timed with his comments about staying, has everyone settled on him staying now?
Not settled, but I can't see Milan or Fiorentina making a bid this summer. I guess I will only be settled when the 30th August comes and he's still with us, good news though.
This is good news and it is actually a big step forward. I think KK and Comolli agreed that they will try to shift him for £12m+ but if they couldn't they would let him stay and be a part of the squad. If he does leave I hope its around the end of August so we can make the most of him whist Gerrard is recovering. If he stays, which I hope he does, I think we'll have a cracking player on our hands

He's not?? huh? He has been arguably one of best players in pre-season. One reason and it is reason enough to keep him is what he did at Valerenga, within 10 minutes completely turned the game on its head and gave us that creativity and spark.

i'd say 70/30 he won't be in the squad, definitely won't start, but that's only my opinion! Seems sensible to start Aurelio and have Robinson on the bench.
Yes and although he's happy to stay there is also interest from Exeter and the Russian national team. He is also courting interest from several cricket teams and there is a deal in place to make him the face of Weetabix, but of course the transfer window ahsn't shut yet so this may all change.
Really hope he stays now. At the start of the transfer window, I wasn't that bothered if he stayed or he went. Now, I really don't want him to go. Can see him being an important part of the Liverpool team this season.
The squad won't be released officially until tomorrow. Anything else is mere speculation. Most sites/newspapers almost always get it wrong.
This is what messes me up on any fantasy or just wanting to know who will play, by the time I get up here in the states it is basically game time and no chance to see who is playing, usually a surprise for me though.
