We HAD a good manager, one who actually brought silverware to the club FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER ! and SL sacked him without giving us an explanation. We had an accomplished manager in Coppell, who took one look behind the veil at AG and resigned from the game. Again from SL, NO EXPLANATION ! Something surely stinks at Ashton Gate
ITS THE SEWER LINE THE CONTRACTORS PUNCTURED WHEN THEY DID THE STAND remember the delays in opening! the patch has come off
Absolutely. And it still all points to just one person. The self same person that I've been banging on about for years on here and how his influence is misguided at best and totally tainted at worst.
Not strictly true tbh mate. We've had plenty of silverware before Cotts, and Coppell is prone to an early walk out. We're not the first club he's done it to.
Always reckon that Coppell saw something that others either couldn't or tried to put up with-He never said what it was and so we will probably carry on speculating.Somethings not right and hasn't been for a long time.
Bristol City head coach Lee Johnson told BBC Radio Bristol: "We are desperate to get that win that makes us feel better. This is a great chance for that. "Probably going into this game as the underdog is not a bad place for Bristol City to be because we always perform quite well in that type of scenario. "It is in our hands. We have seen how quickly football changes and, this time next week, we hope to have two wins under our belt." Match facts Bristol City have lost each of their last three league meetings with Norwich in the second tier; this after a run of five consecutive wins between 1999 and 2009. There has not been a draw between Bristol City and Norwich in league competition since 1978 (five Bristol City wins, seven Norwich wins since). Bristol City have won only one of their last 16 Championship games (D4 L11). Cameron Jerome has found the net in five of his last seven league outings for Norwich. "Probably going into this game as the underdog is not a bad place for Bristol City to be because we always perform quite well in that type of scenario. Since December we've gone into every game as the bloody underdog !
No but we are the last Now lets see, when was the last time we actually won any league we participated in ?
You did say silverware to be fair which would take us back to 1986. But leagues specifically, you can't argue with, we're looking at the 20's.
