The key may be in the 3 transfer windows ?
the whole plan may have gone udders up from October onwards, and the loss of Tammy 5 games ago has not helped, but is it a case that THAT THE WHOLE TEAM SAT DOWN (management bottom to top) and said OK we are going to do it this way... poo or bust..... ! TO MANY PREVIOUS STOP STARTS this time we will stick to our guns. So many times in the past we have started and lost the basic direction we need to go in. No gain without pain..............................
A lot on here have said "we do not stick at it" " we never get told anything" "whatever was he thinking subbing like that" "why pick that team" "etc etc etc" most cases none of us qualified for an expert opinion!
I was lucky/unlucky to have gone to a number of "events" paid for by my companies to be kept on "track" and those of you that have had the same fortune know it does "refresh " some aspects of your job and you can see, in hindsight why you get £x a month what those lecturers get a day!
4 of mine were to do with selling and 2 management ( not like football ) the management semensters ( deliberate spelling) as any of you tasked with that title, were not just about day to day, that was usually about an hour on this before first coffee break and getting to know you session..the next 6 hours/day /days was to do with more intense issues.
selling same formats as above but sticking to the line.. KNOCK ON DOOR >>>>>>>> WALK AWAY WITH SALE. it was called Direct selling the hardest selling in the world.. and what SL built his empire on...and maybe now he is sticking to the plan ...........

    morning OM
should you have ever been a manager, ( not just a supervisor/ in charge of a team putting a nut on a bolt or similar) or a direct salesman or salesman ( not shop counter stuff) and are familiar with SL and his fortune you will appreciate "possibly why we are still an entact unit management wise) :emoticon-0100-smile
