    Is there one?

    New coach/manager?

    Caretaker/coaching staff/senior players

Given the amount of games left what does everyone think would be the best option to stave off relegation?

IF we sack LJ and IF we get a competent manager in I think we will avoid relegation easily with the squad we have.

I'm just not confident the above 2 prerequisites will occur,

Do you think plans have been underway for some time or are they just in panic mode?

Not a clue mate. They must surely have a shortlist in the back of their minds, it would be daft not to, but I'd be amazed if they've even informally approached anybody in particular. Just doesn't tend to happen in football.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that no proactive investigations have been undertaken because we've been down this same road before. Some of the theories being bandied around are astonishing to say the least, but as far as having had preliminary talks with a suitable candidate I seriously doubt it. We can go over this as much as we like, and finally disappear up our own backsides, and still never find out the truth. Suffice to say we are in deep trouble and all we need is a brain too sort it out and I don't think one exists at Ashton Gate currently.

Well, some have said that LJ should have cut his teeth in the lower divisions before taking on a championship club - perhaps we are about to facilitate his training :emoticon-0130-devil

I think he would find it hard to get a job in The Conference after his performance here

If he ever does leave his current employment, by force as clearly he will never have the moral fortitude to resign, his track record will make it hard for him to get a job at Tesco Express.

    Utter, utter garbage.......

    It's probably too late now.

This should have been done and dusted it as soon as we hit the record number of 8 defeats.

    Shameful
