Not saying you're incorrect. If you read my post again, I didn't mention immigration. I was commenting that the population make-up was far form what I expected, based on the impression given by tv/movies. And the indigenous Australians I've spotted in full body paint were doing their 'traditional' dancing to blaring bass/drums. As far away from traditional as you can get.
get some sleep you grumpy ****er. I cant reel you in across 12000 miles of ocean without a motorized reel on my rod.
Monk got lucky in his first job? Saving Swans from relegation, then taking them to 8th in the Prem in his first full season is luck? Well, I guess Monk is even luckier taking a struggling, chaotic Leeds United to stability and 4th in the League by the end of February. There's no pleasing some people, just don't get this constant dissing of Monk. I am actually finding myself hoping he leaves at the end of the season and we go back to hiring mediocrity so these stupid comments aimed at our best manager since Wilko will stop Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Not dissing him. Reality check. He is not perfect. Anyone would think it was the second coming & I was being bloody blasphemous. And please re-read my post before criticising me. I did NOT say he got lucky in his first job. I said he got a lucky start in management - i.e. he did not go out & build up experience with lower level clubs before getting a PL appointment. Very few people get this lucky. Something quite different to what you suggested I said, I'm sure you will now agree. Are you seriously suggesting that he's the finished article?
Afternoon all. The all blue kit looks good, as there isn't an all yellow version. On Monk, really can't see why he'd want to leave us for Glasgow Rangers. The Championship is a better league with more competition and a bigger prize. We're so close to the playoffs with a very outside possibility of autos. Why go to Glasgow Rangers and have to virtually start from scratch with not much of a prize at the end of it
Anyone know if you can get into the hospitality area if you're not a member but are travelling with someone who is?
Because we are sitting pretty in 4th with a squad that we all thought would be struggling mid-table....I don't see any reason whatsoever to criticise Monk. We don't have a plan B because we don't have the players for it, we have a way of playing that is proving effective and we have a VERY good chance of promotion....why try drag Monk down at this moment in time? And LL gets called out on it because its constant. If anyone else said it I'd respectfully disagree but you and me both know his is not a normal opinion. If its not Monk its something else, never Cellino, never anything that goes against his agenda. I really don't see any defending him, its post after post of antagonising crap.
Freddie Adu or whatever his name was had loads of skill and so do the world keepy Uppy fellas - doesn't mean they would cut it in the Championship
Us, Huddersfield and Brighton have proved you don't have to have parachute money to make a go of it this year so, if this isn't a once in a decade opportunity, I'll open my offer to you again, come along, I'll get you a ticket - sure it's not tippy tappy but think you might be pleasantly surprised by just how enjoyable this Championship lark can be even GB seems to be loving it
Yet despite all that he has got us to 4th in the table (using his plan A), with a very realistic chance of making the playoffs (for the 1st time since Grayson) and outside chance of the autos. For the record. Last time he used a plan b (presumably 4-4-2 it took us into the relegation places). Every one is entitled to their opinion but considering where we are at the moment attacking monk all the time is an odd one for me.
Buy a ticket for the hospitality area you want, its not membes only. For sale on buy tickets section of os.
