Other than the Tetty "foot like a traction engine" shot and Pritchard shot to the bottom left, you haven't really had many clear cut chances. That said, we offered very little (or even less) going forwards, but we kept possession well at times and you didn't look anything special. As I said earlier, two pretty average teams (just one more expensively assembled, with more potential) playing out a pretty average game.
Dogged performance from Town. In fairness to the Canaries if they sharpen their shooting they could well get in to the play offs yet.
We had a fair few very good chances. You had 1. Pritchard, Tetty, The nearly own goal, Howson in the first half. Your keeper was amazing today.

it was a strange game, we didn't play like we have in the past few weeks, where we were positive in possession and commited men forward. Instead we gave you the opportunity to play and sat off surrendering possession but you didn't look like a team that was good enough to break us down, certainly not a team that could go and have a great run of results. It was a missed opportunity for both teams. From our point of view, we didn't test you anywhere near enough and let you dictate most of the play, but as you weren't able to capatilise, we didn't revert back to trying to be positive. For you - we gave you the opportunities to break us down and you could have poured more bodies forward and like has been said, an early goal (or even the first goal) would have been disastrous for us, given the way we were set up
23 shots on goal, but only 7 on target - says it all really. With better shooting, we could have been out of sight by half time!!!
The worst thing about watching us this season is knowing that we won't grab the game by the scruff of the neck and go on to win after equalising. As soon as Ipswich scored I knew the best we would get was a point. We will not go up this year there are teams with way more heart than us . Jerome was knackered after 70 mins but the only replacement was Lafferty.
