I'm sure journalists hate covering his interviews because he gives them nothing....lets face it....Saints fans don't listen either, preferring edited highlights. I posted an article before which said that he'd never be mistaken for a sideshow.....that's about right. Interesting though that the photo they posted shows the opposite...he does show passion during a game.

 

Shirt out on the hanger, the new cup final scarf wrapped around it and tickets on the side.....can't wait!

United reported to be on 50K a man for a win. Won't be that, but our players will also be on a bonus. I know our rapid promotions cost quite a bit in bonuses....though worth it of course. These are the little details that take so much arguing about during transfers.

My most recent shirt has a certain Portuguese ex saint on the back. Can I get away with wearing it... or do I have to buy a new one? I could always wear the redundant white kit from a few years ago with the name of a much loved Liverpudlian on the back?

 

You can wear either of them mate. The name on the back is not important, it's the name on the front that matters!

 

I think the Bobby Moore statue is going to be quite busy. I will be meeting my brother there, at a yet to be arranged time.
As for you guys worrying about sleeping and waking early.
I woke at 07.15, this morning, and was grateful for the 3+ hours lay in, based on my normal rising time.

Reminds me of what happened to an old friend of mine before the JPT final. Driving to Wembley on the morning of the final and they pull over to refuel. His old man puts the wrong petrol in the car and it breaks down on the motor way. Missed the final!!

 

My daughter and son have tickets I haven't, really pleased for them. I do however have a slab of Guinness in for the match!

Starting to sink in that it's actually Saints and they are actually in a real life final.

Saw the pictures on twitter today of the cup final suits and seeing the march to Wembley videos over this week has got me more and more excited.

Arranged to go to a friends house for a collective viewing... like in days gone by.

Desperately want the 2 weeks and a day off to make the difference for the Saints and for us to turn up and make a game of it.

Would love to genuinely turn over a mourinho team on merit, I'm going to put it out there and predict 3-2 to Saints with Gabbiadini scoring twice and 1 other scorer that isn't a usual like Yoshi.
