    My money is on Baccy Dave buying the lease and turning it into a licensed HGV cafe, there will be even more stolen goods available, a trade in cheap illegal immigrant workers, and loads of cheap red diesel. If pushed he may even illegally import Sambucca and get his man boobs out.
