    He should go off and play with himself. Maybe we could flog him to Man United as they don't have any central midfielders....okay they haven't got any good central midfielders, and Poulsen would be an up-grade on Carrick,Anderson and Gibson.

    I'd like to play with Charlie Adam aswell, not gunna happen though and it won't happen for Poulson either!

    I've a feeling Poulsen might have a better season this year than last under Kenny's tutelage. He's certainly got character to have taken all the crap he has without a Twitter account.

    People slag him off as if he has personally violated them or something, but as Kenny said earlier in the week he's a model pro.

    The transfer fee isn't his fault, and he's entitled to negotiate the best wage he can. He's been an international for years, played for some big clubs, and yet hasn't complained once. In fact last season he actually said he was disappointed with his form and trying really hard to improve. He may not have the talent Torres has, but boy could Torres learn from his attitude. He has a lot of experience, is resilient, and maybe is just a good influence and role model to have at the club in the event we can't sell him.

    I can understand the criticism of his play, don't get me wrong, but those that get really nasty should consider this is a guy who has settled here with his family and conducts himself very well.

    I was watching LFCTV at the start of the pre-season games and Jan Molby said you will not find a more genuine footballer than Christian Poulsen. He also said and he had signed Adam and Henderson by this stage that he didn't feel he would make it into the side on a regular basis, because he doens't offer what the others do.
    Quite frankly the reason why he must be moved on is because he quite simply isn't good enough. He however isn't the only one. Degen and El Zhar,Jones and possibly Ngog also need to be moved on.

    Indeed, irreplaceable. What happened to the old Biscan possy such as Meireles is not a jigsaw piece etc?
