If we could only go out and gazump Arsenal for Scott Dann and we would be sorted. He's only had preliminary talks with them, thats unless Kenny is plotting a move for Gary Cahill with Ngog going in the opposite direction.
I was thinking today that maybe Kennys waiting for Whinger to buy one of them then just buy the other without the bidding war haha Would prefer Scott Dann personally but lets wait and see what the next week or so brings. To be honest if we have to wait until Jan or next year then I don't think anyone can complain given whats been invested and the players brought in over the last 6 months. It's going to be a completely new look team now and I just can't wait to see how they perform this year. I'm not expecting miracles but who knows with Kenny in charge and a squad thats much more his own than what he was working with last season.
No doubt we have solved the left back problem. Now all we need is a big strong centre half like Scott Dann hopefully Kenny will hijack the arsenal bid because he would more than likely choose us over them.
On a negative note he's messed my Sky Dream team up I have to replace him now that he's with Liverpool.

Enrique is only 5 as well, now that he has moved he is surely to go up as they are prone to do that, so might just keep him then wait till he goes up in value, get more bang for the buck and all that. Got Adam and Carroll at the moment, hopefully that will come to fruitation.
Luiz and Evra have fooked me too, and Johnson who I was tipping to have a dynamite year, still might but he keeps getting hurt!
This is an excellent deal. Good player for peanuts! Not a good summer for Newcastle though. Not replaced Carroll, Barton looks to be going, Enrique gone and Nolan. Does anyone know why Nolan went? I rate him realy highly.
Nolan wanted a five year contract. Newcastle wouldn't give that to him, West Ham would. The rest, as they say, is history.
Have Reina, Enrique, Downing and Carroll in my team now. Was going to swap Carroll for Suarez when he comes back into the team anyway, might replace Reina?
