Wow.. Totally agree Nass. Some cracking newcomers tomorrow working on trying to get heads up on a few (can't get them all though) u see the amount of SMS, Cecil, Varian, Gosden horses out #crazy !
The Varian filly taking on the colts is the most interesting runner of the day imo - incredibly well bred and just 5/4 forecast price
Some nice sorts all right on paper...waht did you make of Astrology at L'town Nass?...looked a decent maiden and he won quite easily. It was a mile and tbh he may already be a Leger contender in the making!...seems everything Coolmore own in the 2-y-o division is by Galileo.
Haven't had a bet yet lads...should have followed some on here but since I'm on my second bottle of M De Riscal i'm gonna test the theory of backing Nina in the bumper to ensure a profit...anybody else fancy 'owt? Btw is the Varian filly tomorrow the one Chuckles has been on about..
The horse has a touch of class for sure stayed on really nicely and was hardly touched by his jockey with the whip - 2nd and 3rd have already shown good form. Nicely bred sort with a big price tag and has all the right entries that I look for from that yard (Royal Lodge, Dewhurst) a lot of his are not entered like that but just straight in to the Derby etc. Looks a horse that may need plenty of time though imo
If it wasn't Nina it had to be a Mullins! Glad she got beat....might of had to chuck my timeforms out of the window and become a pro pinsticker.
Thanks Dexter. I agree with you about Kirby. I've backed him several times before and come to the same conclusion, very ordinary. First big win for a while... I've been in bad form lately so hopefully this is the start of good fortune. lol
SimplyTheBlues, Dexter..yes, the ride Kirby gave Fanunalter was awful- and the horse unlucky. Watch how he runs on when the race is over.
