All joking aside, lads... You do know that I wouldn't ban anyone, yeah? Not for very long, anyway. I would introduce the concept of the micro-ban, and it would become my main weapon of control. In simple terms, I would use it (for example) to remove Skiddy from the site at appropriate junctures, usually immediately after he makes his first post. The micro-ban would be utilised, and Skiddy would be removed for, say, an hour, to enable him to calm down. It would be like I'm the bus driver, stopping the bus as soon as Skiddy gets his nob out, and forcing him off the bus, for the benefit and comfort of the other passengers. He can always catch the next bus, provided he puts his nob away. I'm using Skiddy for this example, but the same principle could apply to, say, Bambi. Let's say he starts his **** with a long, dull essay-post - BAM! - the micro-ban kicks in, and Bambi suddenly finds he has an hour's extra ****-time in which to beat off some nervous energy. What do you lads reckon? Do you think this could work?
