Yeah. Heard some others saying that but reviews are really really good. Guess it depends what your likes and expectations are. If I get bored I suspect mind will start wandering to a different la la land - gabbiadini banging in his third....

 

Welcome to the forum, but you're wrong about La La Land. Absolutely brilliant, and deserves to win all the Oscars. I loved every minute.

 

Just discussing on Sky whether a player who upended Vardy should have had a red card....I think they meant a George Cross.

 

Well each to there own I guess. I could appriciate the acting and dancing was good but the storyline was just mind numbing

La-la Land was entertaining as a way to pass the time, but it suffers from having such good reviews. Expectations are too high. I think Lion deserves Best Film and Actor Oscars more than this film, though LLL may deserve some of the lesser Oscars.

I've always wondered how that effects an upcoming result (we also won there last season)... especially when you've just told us that football isn't a game played on paper.

 

I get pissed off with people talking as if you can magic players. Tiss said Sakho wanted to be in London, then gets challenged with a claim that we could have offered more. Money isn't the answer to everything....good money in the city you want to stay in will beat a few more dollars in a place you don't want to be. And then it raises the issue of do you want a player who really doesn't want to play for you. We thought we had someone and then we didn't and time ran out.

I hate this new angry Jeff Stelling....he really needs to cut out the coffee.
