Just seen the Liverpool Facebook has a picture of Emre Can with the caption "keep or sell?"

This is what's wrong with our club imo. If someone doesn't look the dogs bollocks we **** them off. These type of players should be kept.

That didn't mean we accept their standard either, we shouldn't. We should still look to buy better players with the likes of Can becoming squad players.

We have one major problem and that is the speed of our play.

If the opposition are attacking and we win the ball from them around our own box we then spend 5 minutes passing it along the back and back to the keeper before deciding what to do by which time the opposition are back and organised. We then try and play it through the middle of a packed defence as we have no wide players. Teams have sussed this out so we have two options

    1. Play out from the back quicker

    2. Play down the wings more.

A combination of both would be brilliant.

Next problem is can we do it with the players we have, answer NO, if we continue to play Can, Lucas, etc

This bugs the **** out of me too. And this is a Klopp approach issue.

He likes everyone to help out defensively so when we do gain possession (in our own half) we have no outlet. If we do have someone up top, it'll be one option that is usually central.

The main advantage of 433 is you have two wingers up top. Aka, lots of width and perfect for the counter. We don't do it because we're all defending. Especially at pieces when we have eleven in our own box (and still concede!!!)

Not just this club - happens everywhere else. Fans and pundits don't want to give foreign youngsters time. Leroy Sane was criticised when he first came in. De Gea also.

No doubt Gabriel Jesus will be labelled a flop when he doesn't score in one game.

We need players who can dribble and run at a defence, all we do pass square or pass back and everything is in front of the defence, when its like that we need someone to run at the defence and that will create space. I blame the coaches they have taken dribbling out of the game.

And why the hell aren't we starting with Gini in midfield? Can has admitted he's been playing with an injury.

I thought Klopp said it was ok now during the week? He said he had struggled but had no reaction this week..

Apparently it's like Henderson only with calfs..if they play too many minutes they start to hurt..

In other words..not up to it physically...

Henderson isn't the same since his heel injury, can clearly doesn't look comfortable.

    Midfield is so weak lol,

Firmino is one of the hardest working players in the premier league. Agreee with point 1 though.

Possibly, but I always feel that when a team is winning the players look to be working harder than when they are losing even if they are running exactly the same amount.

I haven't seen the stats about sprints but I'd guess we're running as much but making fewer runs...if that makes sense....everything has happened 40 yards from goal with little cutting edge. Little movement, no sharp one-twos.....very, very static in the last third.
