I am less interested in his post match talk, more in what he is going to do with teams who park the bus but counterattack with effectiveness like Swansea and Hull. This has been a horrible month and there are some more tough matches to come. Mind you the consolation is we don't lose against a top 6 team.

No complaints re. the result really................but just a point on the ref and N'diaye. An obviously deliberate hand ball, no yellow. After that two
incidents of holding back a player in the middle of the park, the second one quite ludicrous. Yet N'diaye finishes the game with a clean slate <doh>

Well it is definitely a crisis now.

Don't see a light at the end of the tunnel as of yet.

All that said, I hope Hull stay up; never like to see northern teams go down (except for one that I was lucky enough to see back in 74). And for all our possession, we only got close when we were 2-0 down. Yep, everyone knows how to play us now, and it's got nothing to do with missing this player or that player - cram the midfield and narrow defence, force out on the flanks and don't let Coutinho shoot. If you work hard enough that's all there is to it - not rocket science. And Klopp (like Rogers before him) doesn't seem to have an alternative. And I thought it was the start of something new when we totally shut out Everton and City and took our chances.

9th richest club in the world - where are the signings to match - KFC becoming a cash cow for Fenway - put tge money on the pitch not the stands ... shameful by the board and klopp needs to make this known before he goes down with the ship - disgraceful gutless sideways display by a mediocre rabble that just can't get motivated against relegation opposition - a sha bles jurgen but nothing on the bench to change it - 9th richest ?? Get the cash out Fenway

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: "At this moment obviously that was not enough. The first half for sure was not enough. We gave both goals away easily, the overall performance was not like it should be.

"It makes no sense for us to play like this. If we played like we did in the second half for the whole game no team can cope with us. But we need to wake up, that was not acceptable.

"I have a lot of thoughts at the moment and I can’t even say a few of them right now because I really need to think about what happened.

"We had a lot of possession, but what is possession? Possession is only good if you create something. It was not like we expected from ourselves. We have to take the criticism, think about it, find a few answers and react."
