    It's ok, the club will put in a 1mil bid for Leighton Baines and when it gets declined just turn round and said "We tried to sign a replacement, but clubs did match our valuations of their players."

    Getting bored of this bullshit, we NEED to get a replacement in.

    I'm hoping that the only reason there has been progress on the Enrique front is that we have a replacement already lined up and agreed...

    Plenty of times, plus this is just from a blog. Until I see something more concrete I'll take this as just gossip.

    How much is that in pounds 6 /6.5 mill? a bit steep if you ask me he is a good player but more than jose? dont make sense to me!!

    Enrique is nearing the end of his contract and pieters isn't and he's a Dutch international and a sought after player. What is there to make sense? If we get him in then it's good business

    it's 7.2million pounds at today's rate which is indeed steep, however in today's market, and given Enrique had only a year left (and will go for £6m) I think it is a reasonable price. I reckon he will come in on wages of around £40k too so all in all he will be a cheaper option than Jose.

    As far as I can see; Bas recommends hitting people with random objects you may find on a street, such as the ever popular and widely available maple syrup dispenser.
