    Hitting the sack and gonna take a break from Twitsville for a few days. All I will say is good things come to those who wait #QPR #3daystogo

    neil warnock interview in the standard

    "I've already got bigger ambitions than just staying up for one season. You don't know what will happen at any club, but I am very pleased with the players I have.

    I smell something is cooking / brewing would love to be a fly on the wall ! Am i right that until the Sheikh took over 3 years ago, city had no money no prospects and problems with sponsors if i recall they has just found out that le coq sportif and thomas cook were not renewing there deals .............. then sheikh comes in and the rest is history.

    Well i am not saying we will be splashing money like city but they did all there business with there small budget (cant really remember who) before the takeover then they broke the British transfer record in one mighty swipe with there new money by beating chelski to robinho and then trying to sign berbatov under the noses of united. Its a long shot i know and by no means think we will have that type of money or philosophy but see a parallel that not all take overs are straight forward , not all takeovers are published and some people do not even get wind of it like the press ect. cfc and citeh was both done like this so who knows what the future brings we still got time to believe and i feel we have remained optimistic and have had the smallest budget in premiership history even Derby the record breakers them selves spent more money than us which theoretically means we should go down. I for one feel with new investment skys the limit outside top 6 that is without money 17th will do nicely so lets see what happens ! at least we can talk about whats going on on the pitch come Saturday guys

    1. Who's this Taylor and could it just be 3 days to go to the start of the season.

    Hate to undermine it all but any more surprises and I could explode.

    <doh>

    You can make out beautiful pictures if you stare at a piece of blank paper long enough.

    But wouldnt that just be your imagination taking over after a period of time....

    Nah Im joking. I know I was kind of stating the obvious but I thought that the article or tweet was trying to say this "fishy" event would take place or be finalised in 3 days rather than just being the start of the season.

    I was agreeing with you Scotland. I too think that the "three days" refers to the first game back.

    Every time someone tweets, writes an article or farts it is analysed to the Nth degree whilst the obvious simple meaning is ignored.

    That is so true...however as the Club's self-styled 'media guru', Ian Taylor should grow up and stop posting teasing tweets as though we're two year-olds waiting for Father Christmas. It's quite often best to say nothing from the Club side and let the message board posters work themselves into a 'what's happening?' frenzy.

    According to Twitter, he is the 'media guru'. If he does indeed hold a grander title then all the more the need for him to show restraint.
