I don't even have a buy now button to log into. How did you get into a queue?

Click the 'Buy tickets' button for the Sunderland game instead. That stuck me in the queue....

Waited in the queue for 40 mins, got down to 0:00, screen refreshed and the picture of the stadium flickered on and off for about 60 seconds, then dumped back in the queue with 'less than an hour' wait. Standard stuff from the ticketing website...!! <doh>

No need to rush for STH's. I would have waited until this afternoon personnally.

Now next Friday, that's going to be a rush <yikes>

I'm hoping as I'm trying to get mine next Friday, a lot of people will have to wait til the afternoon because ticket sales start at 9am when most people will be working!

The benefit of being a homeworker is that I was in a conference call (on mute) with the ticket website queue open. managed to get the ticket, drop the kids off at the pool and still be 'present' for the worlds most boring conference call about our vBlock in the data centre and how we need more storage :)

No problem at all, a short wait, then pressed a few of what I guessed were the right buttons and lo and behold Block 140, sorted. Now it just needs the Royal Mail not to goof it up.
