I'm really shocked at how good Evandro is, maybe I shouldn't be because obviously Marco knew him before he arrived and had worked with him. I think he's a fantastic footballer and very streetwise, doing things that lots of our players don't do enough(going down under contacts, putting their body in to win a foul). Also I thought Markovic grew into the game, I think he's going to be a good signing he just needs that little bit of confidence, which I do think came more as the game went on. Terribly unlucky with his effort onto the post. Overall a fantastic team performance, great to see Marco building his team around Huddlestone, he's really bringing out the best in him and it's making a huge difference to the team.
At the start of this season I vowed to attend every match. It's a decision that I'm absolutely loving right now (less so on Sunday!). Hope your circumstances improve.
His last ditch tackle in first half was very impressive too, takes some going keeping up with Rashford
There is no wonder Mourinho is feeling so bad and making a tw*t of himself in interviews. He used to be the "Special One" now he is not even the best Portuguese manager in he the PL !!!
Brilliant performance last night the only negative note I have is that MS needs to have a word with Niasse regards diving in/tackling , to be honest I think in terms of refereeing city won the lottery last night , I can think of several PL ref's who would have had a red card out in a flash last night luckily we got a strong one who would not be conned by the twats especially at OT. I like the lad and don't want to lose him to a 3 match ban(something we cant afford) .
Agreed, found it disgusting how every single time he went near a Man United player after being booked they all started appealing, as for Rooney getting in the referees ear yet again, what a complete arsehole.
Spot on - it wasn't a booking. Now Ibrahimovic's pushing Harry into Jakupovic a few minutes earlier and his blatant simulation later on......

I was shocked at how bad evandros set pieces were. Markovic didn't grow into the game, he drifted in and out. When he was in he was fantastic, but when he was out he was terrible.
Zlat the twat pushing Harry into Jak -- booking kicking Ranni in the face - booking Diving in the box - booking what did he get - nothing -
Mourinho absolutely pathetic post match comments again last night . A complete embarrassment to his club . Funny but i seem to remember Marcus Rojo doing 2 horrendous two footed challenges against Everton and Palace recently neither of which received a red card. I wonder if he was so critical of those decisions !
Just perusing the Man Utd forum at the after game reaction and have come across this about big 'Arry. "Is that Harry Maguire worth a look for us? Or is he just a game raiser. Has dominated Ibra and the rest of our attack for 3 games." "He's a strapping lad who knows how to marshall a forward. I don't think that necessarily makes him a top target for us. I see what you mean though, I got fecking tired of hearing his name by the end."
I'm fully aware that he and his coaching team have only been here a short while but, when I see how he's improved our team, and when I hear him make David Burns sound about as professional as Gollum in an interview, I honestly think this bloke is going to be one of the best managers of all time, and I'm not just talking about at our club. Soak it up, these are going to be some of the best times we've ever witnessed as City supporters, I'm already dreading the day that he moves on. Vamossssssss Marco!
This Grosicki (Sp) looks like he has a set piece or two in him. One of his goal clips has him scoring direct from a free kick in what can only be described as an outrageous angle. He looks a really good player - not sure on the quality of the opposition? The fact he describes himself as 'really quick' and likes 'taking on other players in 1 v 1' I liked his confidence. I'm sure he said he's here to keep us up, but I was quite drunk so I may have imagined that
