Jak Thudd Evandron Good performances all round, even when Tymon appeared out of his depth his mates appeared - that's important. Worried that I'm turning into some sort of maiden aunt, every time Meyler touched the ball I tutted.
I agree, little to separate Thud and Jak, but at the end of the day the saves saved a point, so: Jak Thud Markovic - controversial, but think now he's getting u to speed with the pace of the game here, he'll prove a match winner for us and needs encouraging. The pass to create the winner last week was class, as was his shot tonight which completely deceived one of the best keepers in the world, plus the pace to track back and prevent a breakaway goal with his tackle in the first half was laudable.
Jak Harry Robbo I thought Hudds was brilliant again. Marcovic looks decent, unlucky to hit the post, Daws put his body on the line as usual. I didn't expect to be giving such high praise to City's defenders, but they grew into their job as the game went on. I thought Meyler did well as he always seems to do, he made a couple of mistakes but overall tackled well & made himself that annoying player who just gets in at people. The attacking side of the team tonight was less than the win last week, Abel's miscontol at the end was unlucky, I do expect him to start v Liverpool alongside Niasse.
****ing rock hard this, Jak obvious MOM, but 2 and 3 pffffffffffffffff so difficult. Going to go with Hudd and Dawson 2 and 3, Hudd was the best outfield player across both teams, and whilst Harry looks more pleasing onthe eye, Daws' organisational skills, interceptions and winning of headers is immense. Meyler, Markovic, Robbo, Clucas, and Maguire could all easily have made my top 3. Particularly please to see Markovic run his bollocks off, if he can find that form he had pre Liverpool, he'll be a massive player
Jak Hudd Harry Closely followed by everyone else A great performance. Play like that every week and we are safe. Unlucky to hit the post. MU forever moaning and falling down....
