Just read that Axel Witsel went to China as well as Oscar. What a travesty. Total cop out just like when Giovinco went to MLS. Fair dos going in their twilight years but going in their 20s. Greedy bastards. <doh>

So just woke up, assume we did not sign anyone. So are there any free agent available like Vic was??

Happy with the result last night. I think Moyes will figure out how to get a point from games against the better sides. Can he get 3 points from the teams around us? That's the big question.

Nobody very good, we're talking the likes of Carlton Cole and Robbie Keane being the highlights. While I reckon Keane could probably do a job for a season or so we've already got Defoe to do that job, we needed a big and strong forward and ended up empty handed. I don't see anyone in the list of free agent attackers that I'd bother with to be honest.

This is the list of free agent forwards, minus Yakubu. Could Chamakh be any use as a link up man? Eh.

Aye that's a better list than the one I found, hopefully Moyes and the scouts at the club know more about them than I do.

I'd love to see Drogba here even if he is 38, I bet he's still got something about him and he'd be a good influence in the dressing room.

He's like that big fat bastard you sometimes see giving 20 mins run about during a local Sunday morning game.

Honestly, a wardrobe coated in glue would be handy placed upfront.

I bet for 20 minutes he could do a job for us. Lets face it, it takes 2 to mark him so that might give Defoe some space.

Hhahaha we have one of those players, he is has a great passing range, but bloody hell, do I have to do extra work when they bring him on in midfield for the last 20 mins.

Yeah he is, I mean he's in a retirement home in Florida but technically he's still a free agent.

Emile Heskey is welcome at Sunderland.

As long as he brings his bird.
