I'm sure someone said that its not the number of loans but the number that are in a match day squad... I could be wrong... often am!!
You're wrong and right, you can have two premier league loanees in total and 5 loanees in a matchday squad.
You can have no more than 2 PL loans, you can have as many loans as you like from abroad but only 5 in your match day squad.

First season in the Prem I arranged our holiday so we could fly back to see the Liverpool home game on my wedding anniversary. Promised the wife I would take for excellent meal in the evening. I took her to the much missed Artisan in Hessle. She took full advantage having the tasting menu plus the wines with every course. cannot remember what the bill was but it is definitely one of our biggest for just two of us. Also paid for us and two friends to go to Le manoir. Biggest bill was taking 15 family and friends to The Salt Yard for one of my big birthdays. All of these was money well spent.
