Away from the Trumpy thing, had a superb walk this morning from Sheringham, over the hill down the side of he golf course to Weybourne. 4.6 miles, according to the app on my phone, bathed in winter sunshine. Nice pint of Nelson's Revenge in the (very busy) Weybourne Ship before the coasthopper bus home Point being, I saw 30 different species of birds, my first butterfly of 2017 (red admiral, basking in sunshine against a brick wall) and snowdrops in flower in Weybourne churchyard. Am I to assume spring is sprung - or at least getting well prepared? <Bring It On>

Downing Street have released a statement to reject the petition, even though it has now had nearly 1 million votes.
Thats nearly 1 million against 55+ million who have either chosen not to sign or haven't heard about it. I would say that at least 3 million will have seen said petition and rejected the idea of signing it, even if just through laziness. Hardly something the goernment should get its knickers in a twist over? Bah!
