Seems to be the striker linked with most on twitter, I know twitter is full of bullshitters but what the hell.

    Personally, I would like him!

    What are your thoughts??

I'd take him like. Can't see it happening but if someone can get the best out of him, he could be a great player.

Yes, if Arsenal would sell for reasonable amount and his wages wouldn't be too high.

Could be good with a run of games.

Cant be any worse than Shola & Lovens.

Probably be happy for us to pay up to £7m for him. But arent they asking for £10m?

I really don't get why people would be happy to have him here. He is quite lazy and lethargic (like Shola) and his goalscoring record isn't great. He also has the biggest ego in the world. If Pardew was interested in signing him I would be disappointed if he cost more than £4m. Just because he plays for Arsenal doesn't mean he is worth more than he is. If he played for Wigan or Wolves nobody would even want him.

You've hit the nail on the head Taff - his wages will definitely be too high, and Arse will want too much, otherwise I would take him.

Dont get all the slating of bendtner to be honest he is a quality player and still only young, when hes on top form hes fantastic, hes not the most consistant but how can u get consistancy when you are normally used as a sub? I think if he played reguarly he has the talent to be one of the best strikers around, hes decent in the air and is pacey and strong and can be a decent finisher at times.

Got a big ego though and would want huge wages to come here which is the only down side, potentially thoughj we cold have one of the best young strikers in the game on our hands. Personally 10m is a perfectly reasonable price, hes got more potential than long and erdnic put together

I do not really want him because I thought we were looking for a smaller nippy striker to compliment Ba. Can't really see the point of buying Bendtner because I think he is worse than Ba.

Bendtner = Shola - lets get him and show off our ambitions to the premier league - they will be shaking in their boots......seriously if this happens I will jump off my sofa in despair whilst carefully hanging on to my pint of Workie Ticket of course....*sigh*

From wiki- "Known for his extreme self-confidence, Bendtner once received a confidence rating that exceeded the scale in a test carried by an Arsenal psychologist."

Hahahah, but Mark Douglas said there would be something on him in tomorrow's journal or chronicle. I would definitely have him here, the guy oozes class and is brilliant in the air. Sign him up!

Would be a cracking singing in my opinion, him and Ba up front would cause any defence in the league problems, imagine how strong we would be from set pieces with Saylor, Colo Ba, and Bendtner attacking the ball.

  19. The transfer fee wouldn't bother me it's his wages.

If he's willing to take a pay cut down to 55k maybe 60k a week i'd take him for 10m, but this is only if we're aiming to get rid of Perch, Smith, Xisco ect soon.
