For some reason at the time I thought he had been, and saw a lot of people tweeting about him being left out of the squad - may have been posting on here - didn't see him on the bench. Syd in a "Realises he's wrong and is happy to concede he was wrong" shocker. Would be nice if some others had a similar attitude.
I actually do concede points when I'm wrong quite regularly, but will argue the case when people have misinterpreted what I'm saying, and people seem to have a confirmation bias of fixating on those times.
Yes, saying I saw tweets asking why he'd been left out which reinforced my mistaken belief, and saying I thought one or two might have mentioned it on here, is definitely me blaming people on here.
