Nearest we came to a riot in this part of the world was Mrs H demanding a post-prandial cup of tea before my glass was empty. No need for the water cannon just yet...

This reds going down well. Really needed it and daughter needed picking up delayed the bottle opening by 2 hours, jeez why a nearly 21 year old doesn't drive...... Who'd have kids eh, in Englandshire they get massive student loans to pay for Uni, here its the parents who end up with a financial burden, £80grand for 3 kids grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

 

OUCH mate!!! not good then!! Have this on me then simply for being such a good father and paying that kind of money!!!

 

Good news! I have the 1st October off. See you all in my home town of Southampton!

 

Don't mind if I do, can I have the bottle, mines getting a bit empty!! As for being a good father thats not what the kids say!!! Parenthood definitely the most difficult job on the planet, financial and emotional outlay for.......errrrrrrrrrr....the love of ones kids

 

Feel free to keep the bottle. I think you have earned it. Parenthood is something i would like to do, i would love a daughter (even though its financial suicide!!!) but not for a little while yet! I am sure you are a great dad to all three, just the fact you are willing to fit the bill to send them to uni says it all. I may really dislike my parents and their discipline sometimes, but i never hate them and i think they are the best i have got!!

 

One son and three daughters who have got degrees and one father and wife who are surely poorer for the experience.

 

Mine think I'm the worst but know I'm the best!! I'm the only dad and wife is the only mum. Had kids young and it's very tough. My advice would be enjoy some time for yourself before having family, theres no right or wrong time but jeeez I think more selfish time before family can be good.

Frenchie, but you're rich in quality of life eh? I crave the lifestyle and will shift to warmer climes soon and live closer to the land. Can't wait for payback when the kids start having kids, (if), will take great pleasure in encouraging payback............(emotional)

Are you over tomorrow Norway? I'm working but can probably slip by the airport for a sherbert if the timing works. I've got afternoon meetings and early morning docs.
