10 mill bid accepted from Burnley, optimism of yesterday shot down, I now look a tremendous twat and feel free to point that out, I AM FUMING
Robbo and snoddy both to Burnley, **** right off. I am ****ing fuming, if that happens we are a disgrace.
I really don't understand us selling to another club that could be one of the ones we are up against in a relegation battle. I know they look save at the moment, but that could easily change if they have a dip in form.
I don't know what all the fuss is about. Set pieces aside, which are admittedly great, he doesn't offer enough. The downside is we don't - at present - have anyone else seemingly good at set pieces.
It's to Burnley I have the issue with. A team who should be a relegation rival. He's contributed half our goals. We should be telling them to **** off.
I think £10m for Snodgrass is about right. He's probably worth a little more to us, as was Jake, but £10m is probably a fair price.
Was just saying exactly the same to my son before I saw this news.........10m is a great deal, he is an average player, but his set pieces are awesome.
Did you see our set pieces against Chelsea. Back to the good old days of not being able to pass the first defender at corners and a trickle past the post at free kicks.
If Bailey is announced as Snodgrass leaves it cushions the blow but he looks set for Bayer. We now have a stack of cash so really no excuses not to bring in one or two premium players.
