Its a signing that tells you all about where SAFC are right and for the foreseeable future........desperate.
I reckon he'll be better than Oshea and Papy, therefore he gets a thumbs up me. The bigger picture though is the fact that this is what we're resorting to.
He was superb once, let's hope he's given a fair craic by the ****er brigade. You never know, could be a master stroke he gets my support.
Victor Anichebe signed and was ****e according to a lot... He'll get my undoubted support - wonder if we'd have signed him had Papy not punched Fletcher?
I think we would. Moyes knows him well, no doubt he'll get **** for signing ex players but like we say, if it pans out well it's genius. We are deep in **** and have to try all avenues.
Moyes and Bains are doing their best given the circumstances. Another well experienced footballer who'll hopefully make an immediate impact like Anichebe did. Still desperately in need of someone to make things happen on midfield.
Was very good at Everton, good at Man City and useless at Villa, let's see what he's like now after not playing for a while. Leon Osman next then Yakubu?
Chips in with his fair share of goals on set pieces does old Jolene Could be a decent catch, but if he plays like he did for Villa then it's back to back **** outs for him.
Obviously he'll get my support at the matches, but I'm not going to lie, I'm not very hopeful. He looked shocking the last time he was at the SOL. Hopefully he'll do well here, though.
He's a warm body so it can't hurt signing him ATM. The least he can do is give our useless lot a kick up the backside...
I'm OK with it He had a disaster at Villa, but Villa was a disaster before he turned up He will bring "know how", and we need someone after Djilabodji's looming suspension
