I've just had an application to a Senior Scientist role in high throughput screening for Cancer Research Technology. He's a strong candidate. He does have a PhD, but before that, qualified as a medical doctor in Colombia. More specifically, he was a hospital doctor in Medellin I bet he's seen some interesting cases pass through A & E

Can't be too many bald headed unmarried 30 something who are a manager at a non profit in Mansfield. I bet his nonprofit has a small bio about him and picture on their webpage, they tend to do that. I could probably track myself down too if I didn't know who I was. Fortunately, no pictures of me online. A cancer research doctor from Medellin, that would be harder to locate. Although, if I had to guess his surname is Suarez, Uribe, or Jaramillo. Actually, I take that back, I probably could track him down. If I created a fake LinkedIn account, got RHC to friend me pretending to be job hunting, and then browse his contacts. (He's probably on there) That's too much work to look up someone I don't need to look up though...
