@Ginger Marks There you go ****, from a neautral...Skiddy the transparent troll strikes again...nice one to add to your 'Oracle article' keep your bullshit in a nice thread to save the rest of us from it
Ginger set us off a while back. Shame he is all about childish insults and has nothing to say about football. I don't know the OPs intentions, but we could have spoken about the relative merits of the teams/squads, but that's not how Ginger rolls.
For my part, I will say at the moment we are the best team in the league. 5 weeks ago we were not and in 5 weeks time we may not. I think Chelsea are too strong to be caught by any of us. I like our chances of second, but City/Utd/Liverpool and Arsenal will all do so as well. I can only see it being really close between those teams. Unless our golden moment lasts another couple of months....
It's really strange. On paper they are as good as Chelsea with their forward power, but it's disintegrating at the moment. Really hope we catch them still in a mess next weekend.
What did you expect him to say - Nah, we're not good enough, we're just lucky to have got where we are. No sportsman is ever going to think like that.
"Kane reckons Spurs, who travel to Manchester City on Saturday, can beat anyone in the Premier League and their win over Chelsea proved it." (The Mirror online article) I don't know what is so very wrong about this. The Hurra is merely expressing an opinion about team confidence. Why on Earth the OP thought he had to post about "Chelsea Rent Boys" is completely beyond me.
Agreed. But that doesn't detract from the fact that Kane is expressing a reasonable opinion at this stage of the season.
* As I've said on other threads, unless you actually go to the games you will never get the full perspective (nor the real mood of the crowd) and comments you then make from only watching the TV can come across as pretty stupid.- especially to those that were actually there at the game. We played quite well against Chelsea for a good half hour of the first half after conceding - that would not have come across in the highlights. I also recorded the game and watched it again when I got home. You don't have the benefit of slow motion when watching live so there are some pluses from the TV footage. However, what the TV footage didn't fully convey was just how dangerous Chelsea were on the counter. The camera follows the ball and doesn't always show just how many options were open. At times Chelsea appeared to have 14 men on the park against us, so easy was it to find a man - perhaos they did, cheating ***** - that would explain a lot
Yeah, yeah, yeah... we understand all of that. Question. Did this happen because Chelsea really were as dangerous, as you assert they were? Or, was it because LCFC were completely inept and clueless? You can go with "a mixture of the two," if you want to pussy out of the correct answer.
The defenders that he has don't suit his system and Bravo hasn't been saving anything for a few weeks. He's let in 14 of the last 22 shots on target, apparently. That's really poor, statistically speaking.
