There is hope for Saturday

Even though we have managed 32 shots in 2 games and scored no goals, we lost to Macclesfield with a decent side out (one that should of won) we still have hope

• We are creating chances
• Last time we lost on the opening day we went up, Swansea lost last season they went up and so did Norwich
• We outplayed Blackpool for most of the game
• We do have a good side on paper
• AND WE ARE PLAYING AWAY THE NEXT 2 MATCHES!

Plus would rather get the games out of the way now where we have an off day and cant score

 

forget what happened to other teams when they went up, it never works that way. we've got a serious problem when we play at home, for whatever reason the players dont put in as much effort and results over the last year or so show that.

is it the fans ? the atmosphere at the KC ? i think even if no fans turned up the players are paid to do a job and they should do it to their best ability. but again with last nights performance its clear to see they arnt giving it their all.

last season proved that we can have a great away run and we'll end the season around mid table.. but add a few home wins on to that and we would have been in the play off's.

We didnt out-play Blackpool for most of the game. Where did this misconception come from? We had more chances for sure and played well for 15-20 minutes, but with a better final ball, Blackpool could have battered us out of sight!
Next we will all be saying that Devitt had a good game last night when he was the worst player on the pitch and will never be any more than an average Division 4 player.

Ipswich also lost at home to a League 2 side last night.

 

I think Cairney is going to make the difference to our team this year, and I hope he can step up his game again at Ipswich on Saturday

 

the 1st 20 minutes Blackpool couldnt get in the game, they then were the better team in the rest of the half and ten mins after half time, but the amount of chances we were creating compared to them, if we had taken our chances we would have comfortably won and people would be praising everything
