My evidence for this is overwhelming after all as a few examples prove Markovich £20m Ballotelli £16m Carroll £35m Downing £20m Its what was bought that was the problem not the amount of dosh they they allowed to be used for transfers
If you add all those up against Suarez......Benteke..... It's a negative net spend. Plus it shows Klopp isn't trusted with transfers
