    If given the chances I'm going to say Mehdi Abeid. In the pre season games or been to he's been a different class to anyone other than Enrique. For his age he doesn't look scared of the challenge. Gets himself all across the midfield with some good passing.

    Hopefully Sameobi comes on further this season too.

    In gonna say obertan myself. Eveyone seems so disappointed with him signing. I think he'll suprise people. Everyone remembers the last frenchy to sign for us, who after being berated at first turned out to be Roeders best signing!!!!

    I reckon Sameobi, a lot of the players coming in have quite big reputations but I reckon our own lad will surprise a few people, make a few sub appearances and score one or two. I have faith in him.

    as for the disappointment of the season apart from the obvious i'm going for sammi luring us in to think that an Ameobi can play and have some skill only for him to prove we're going to be stuck with another useless Ameobi for another 13 yrs

    They'd probably buy him off us.

    I won't be surprised if Cabaye is mint. I think this season is going to be more about the team as a unit working well rather than individual stand out stars.

    Think it could be either Marveaux or Tiote even more than last season, but really hope its Simpson, he needs to improve himself asap.

    Not a bad shout.....anyone remember the last underwhelming winger we signed from manure? I give you Mr Keith Gillespie provider of some amazing crosses for Sir Les, Al and most memorably Tino against Barca.

    I think that Krul will have a big season this year!

    I also think that Abeid and Vuckic might surprise us this season. I love Vuckic. Seems like a bit of a toon legend already, that footballing prodidgy we've just been itching to see season after season. I think he's ready and he's gonna step up. Abeid the same.

    Couldn't agree more, Abeid looks really confident, Vuckic, quietly confident and seems very bright to me.

    I like the looks of Vuckic, he's always looking for open spaces to get into to receive the ball and when he gets it he knows what to do with it.

    Definitely one to look out for.

    Don't think Abeid, Vuckic & Sameobi will get many games in all honesty, surprised no one has mentioned him, our other "new signing" Hatem Ben Arfa, going to tear it up in the Prem this season <ok>

    Cabaye is a cert. He gets on the ball and dictates games.

    What I've seen of Abeid is promising too... in a few years he could be awesome.


    I really hope we see Obertan realising some of the potential he showed at Bordeaux and Man Utd. I know we've had a few people (Mackems) laughing at the signing, but he is capable of brilliance... can Pardeaux get the best out of him though?


    Vuckic hasn't really convinced me that he's worth the hype yet, but still young and sounds like he played well over in the US.
