He's done it even when not sent off and players don't have the same media responsibilities as managers #swerveattemptfailed

Not a problem if you see it that way, I just think he is showing some balls to the press (and FA) like Fergie used to by saying **** you <ok> :emoticon-0100-smile

It's not showing balls when you then publicly beg the FA to forgive you <ok>

Technically, yes. You start with none, so every point won is just that - a point won.
Saying you "dropped points" is a figure of speech we all use because we all know what we mean by it, but it's not strictly accurate. Really it means missing the opportunity to gain more points.
I'm not sure why this is even an argument, tbh, it's just semantics.

I can understand your scepticism, given that your understanding of the offside rule (just as one indicator) would suggest an intelligence that would struggle with tying shoelaces, let alone grasping the concepts of superior intellect. :emoticon-0145-shake

Everyone should start with 114 points and then if you win you stay on 114 but if you lose you drop 3 points (or 2'for a draw).

That way way the term 'we dropped points' would make sense.

As it is is at the moment you win points with the results so every point is a point won rather than 2 or 3 dropped

that's perfect logic for a dropped points scenario right enough.

"an opportunity missed" is a fair statement but to say you dropped points smacks of assuming they were ever yours to begin with.

I'd rather comment that taking 4/6 available points from sunderland isn't too bad. not really. they took only 1 in 6 from LFc and thats why a golden handshake awaits david moyes.

    thats nice for you.

are you going to up the bid on morgan the snide then? you could do with a player like him if he's bothered.

bit cheeky i thought of home office to be charging you full market price seeing you took gibson on for them,.

Koeman couldn't get anyone new to sign for him in summer, now he can't get ex-players to sign for him either

Man Utd will make a profit on Schneiderlin from these #desperate mugs <laugh>

It is the new transfer era though. every fee must be massive now.

profit is as profit does. We even made back all but 0.5mil on benteke.

It is nice for us - agreed. Our transition season has seen us move forwards not back <ok>

We'll sign Schneiderlin imo, probably for an undisclosed fee.

Benteke scored goals when he played

Sideways passes don't retain their value like goals do

This isn't your transition season. You didn't manage to buy anyone. This is your testimonial season for all your pensioners.

    Next season is transition.

    Season after that Koeman leaves.
