    THREE TO WATCH: CHARLTON ATHLETIC

Take a look at the potential threats in the ranks of Monday's opponents, Charlton Athletic.

    Ademola Lookman

A product of Charlton's academy, it was the forwards impressive goal scoring record for youth teams at the Valley that led to his quick rise through the youth ranks to progress to making his professional debut in November 2015.

After beginning this season limited to making appearances from the bench, the striker made a habit of scoring when introduced later on in games, netting against Bolton Wanderers at The Valley and coming off the bench to score twice in Charlton 3-1 FA cup win over Scunthorpe United.

Rovers fans will remember that the striker scoring at the Mem in Charlton's victory at the Mem back in November.

The forward scored his seventh goal of the season in Charlton's victory over MK Dons on Boxing Day and is linked with a move to the Premier League in the January transfer window.

    Josh Magennis

The striker is finding his feet in Sky Bet League One, following his move from Kilmarnock this summer.

The twenty-six-year-old started his career at Cardiff, before making a move north to join Aberdeen in 2010.

The forward made over fifty appearances for Aberdeen, scoring ten goals, before transferring to St Mirren on loan for the conclusion of the 2013/14 season.

Kilmarnock was the next destination for the striker, where he bagged eighteen goals in just over seventy appearances.

Magennis made the move to Charlton in the summer and has bagged five goals so far this season.

    Nicky Ajose

The twenty-five-year-old striker is a former Manchester United youth player and is a well versed Football League forward, with an impressive goal return of sixty-nine goals, in just under two-hundred professional appearances

After signing a professional contract at United, the Bury-born striker was loaned to his hometown club for the 2010/11 season, where he impressed with thirteen goals in just over twenty appearances.

On his return to Old Trafford, the striker was transferred to Peterborough United and joined then experienced loan spells at Scunthorpe United, Chesterfield, Crawley Town, Bury, and Swindon Town.

The forward joined Leeds United in the summer of 2014, but was again loaned out, this time to Crewe Alexandra.

A move to Swindon provided the opportunity for the striker to enjoy settled first-team football and excelled by scoring twenty-four goals last season.

Ajose was the first signing of the summer from former Charlton boss, Russell Slade and the forward has since scored seven goals in just under thirty appearances.

Thought Josh Magennis looked a hand full wouldn't mind signing him and Simpson letting Easter leave and if the rumour mill is accurate replacing Ellis Harrison who is going on loan to Newport, With Taylor and Gaffney that would give us a strike force to be reckoned with

I think Bodin's resurgence has triggered the upturn in form. It's been like signing a new player.I think we can beat anyone now because the team is playing with confidence and defending much better.Interesting, too that DC rates Harrison's defensive qualities more than Gaffney's.

Charlton have played 8 games since beating us and they have won just once. Is this a good time to face them and seek revenge for the 5-1 defeat or is it already written in the books that we will give Charlton 3 points that they need?

Also looking at the current table, there is a gap right behind us. We need to win to stay within the group of teams who are in and around the play offs. A win for Charlton brings them and others back to the chasing pack. We need more daylight so its a big 3 points up for grabs tomorrow.

I will give Lawrence 10 minutes before he goes off injured.
Mansell's match fitness wont be there so playing him and Lawrence is a shocking idea. BIG BIG BIG BIG mistake here by DC. No idea what he is thinking here.
Thats 2 subs used up replacing these 2 during the game!
And we have no pace up front. That will need to change at some point. So there you go, 3 subs all used.

I am very worried. If DC pulls this off then brilliant but I think we will get a another 5-1 defeat here!! Poor line up.
