A couple of seasons ago Leicester were getting battered by everyone (except us) in the Prem, but after nearly every defeat the opposition manager said they played really well. To his credit Pearson didn't lose focus or alter their style and when their luck changed Leicester put together a string of great results that earned their eventual survival. It seems to me that City have been playing far better for a good few weeks now, but we've lacked our fair share of luck. That can change and all we can do is keep the faith and who knows, we might just surprise a few yet.
With the home games against Swansea, Sunderland, Watford, West Ham, Middlesbrough, B'mouth, we stand as good a chance to get above at least 3 teams in this league. Starting at West Brom today. We are playing good football, the crowd are becoming more involved its all positive. Assombalonga and Jenkinson added in January, we'll be fine. UTT
Of our 16 prem goals this season only 3 have been scored by 'strikers'. Dio 2, Abel 1. Who needs strikers?
As long as we can stay up I don't mind. Manc S and S'land have both stayed up with 29 in the past. Anyway I was being just slightly facetious.
