He was allowed the header, he took it well; no blame to Marshall for that one.

Another free header - we were lucky.

Do you know at the end of 2016 we should be sat really snuggly in 12th or 13th with a minimum 20 points. Thats based on 3 results. Tonight, Palace and West Ham. I feel for the players who gave it everything tonight. Thats how easy this season might have been for us.

Poor defending for their equaliser. Robbo and Snodgrass stood off and Davies shouldn't have allowed the header.

Probably a fair result, we're just not quite good enough.

Another good performance by the lads. You can say what you want but the team are definitely playing for Phelan.

We just arnt good enough unfortunately. The desire is there but we're missing a few quality players to help us properly compete. We need a pacey winger and a couple of strikers and we can have a proper crack at this league.

It's the owners that are sadly holding this team back..

Story of our season. It's really sad to see that no matter how well they play they just haven't got enough. This is us at our absolute best, busting a gut for everything and winning all the tackles, yet still we can't get a win because for the majority of the game we were pegged back in our own box, clearing it and trying desperately to regroup.

The only disappointment was Mbokani. I thought he was good on boxing day but absolute cack tonight. Maybe it could have been different if he'd given us any sort of outlet as is surely his role. I dunno.

Snodgrass is invaluable and we'd be significantly worse off without his quality.

Looking that way but shouldn't be. He didn't have his best game but neither did quite a few others, Meyler, Dio, Elmo, Robbo for starters.

Like Palace, that feels like a loss and not a draw, thought we were the better team, moved the ball round well, but ultimately couldn't hold on. MOM will be tough, a couple of really great performances out there

The middle 3 Daws', Curtis and Harry shouldn't be put under the pressure they are. Its up to Robertson and Elmo and the two playing in front of them to stop the ball coming in. Its like Dambusters, you keep pounding the wall eventually it'll crack and it did and again when they nearly won it. Doesn't help having a paper handkerchief keeper behind you of course.
