"It's hard to get motivated when you already have the league title sewn up, you need a target to focus the players minds and when you are used to playing the elite of Europe like Barcelona and Man City week In week out this has been a bit of a barren spell for the club, so it's a credit to the lads they are still unbeaten and are on the verge of becoming "the Invincibles" if you like. I guess that's the only thing this group has left to play for and Brendan will be trying to focus the minds. It can be hard, especially at Christmas and travelling away to play a newly formed club on NYE when the lads would like to be with loved ones reeling in the New Year, they will get the job done professionally and look forward to 2017"

Hopefully we'll make a game of it and the score will be respectable.

Still, we're holding second place in the league which is the best we can wish for.

    Yours, happy hun

Aberdeen won tonight away to Hearts. They're now 2 points behind Rangers. A loss for Gers tomorrow (I think it will be a draw) and they've a game in hand during the week which if they win will take them second above Rangers.
