I'm hoping it's not called off, I've travelled from Cape Town to watch the match on Saturday. Tickets were a struggle to get.

Leave for Liverpool tomorrow spend a few days with friends before the match on saturday.

I will be most disappointed if the game was called off have been looking forward to this game since arriving last week.

It is about time people realised that the police can stop you in the street without having nothing more than a suspicion that the person involved is or has been involved in a crime. They can also enter your house without a warrant. Again they only have to have a suspicion of wrongdoing

2 cases i know of personally.

Someone was selling coppied games, kids going in and out of the house all the time, they gott a warrent and went in, but for a drugs bust, as it was a drugs bust they couldnt take his PC or arrest him for the offence, as soon as they left he got rid of the lot and stopped doing it (bloody stupid anyway if you ask me but meh)

06:30 am the other month, loud banging from next door, kids were in bed (well they are 22 and 19) mam was at work, they broke the door down and stormed into the house, guess what they were looking for, a bloody felt tip pen. the 2 lads are a member of this site which tells you your rights against the police (cant remember its name) and someone had wrote the URL on a dog poo bin down the street, and they knew these 2 visited the site, so bust the door down to compare the pen and see if they had it lol

still no need to riot though, but the police are not exactly perfect either.

Henderson could have done better to stop this happening, i mean if he could only put a good corner/free kick in then surely this would have stopped the riot's

 

The problem is for us us normal people the above is not acceptable, being on the end of the above last year and having 6 months of hell before getting our day in court I know more than anyone that the police and justice system is not perfect. On the other hand though I would rather put up with going through what we went through than having my house and business burnt down, or my family hurt or injured.

The problem here is idiots and the sooner we get them off the streets the better. Shoot a couple of them in the legs and see how many want to keep burning the houses down. Some may say I am being extreme but if it was YOUR house and YOUR family and you had a gun what would you do?

I was in the US a few years ago for the Hatton Mayweather fight. It all kicked off afterwards and the "brit football houligan" element started tearing the place up. The cops arrived with guns, I have never seen a riot subdue so quickly as when they started pointing them at the houligans.

Its the country we live in now, if you live by the rules and pay your taxes you have something to lose, the only thing these idiots have to lose is their freedom so we must take that away, otherwise they will carry on because they have nothing to lose.

The best I heard of was a house raid somewhere up here by police looking for drugs. Their heat sensitive camera had picked up a heat source near the roof and they assumed the occupant was growing cannabis in the loft. Turned out the house was just poorly insulated!

 

As an environmentalist I find that a far more serious issue than the growing of cannabis!

 

The NUFC trophy room is the safest place to hide, if they can find it !, as it has not been opened in 42 years.
