Possibly. There's certainly a case for it.

That said, I'm personally not against managers getting sacker per se. But only if the replacement is the right one. Perfect example is us with Adkins. If we'd got that appointment wrong, and ultimately been relegated, everyone outside of the club (and many of us too!) would have criticised us for not sticking with Adkins. But we got the appointment right.

Whilst Swansea have been faffing about with Bradley, Sam and Bruce have been snapped up, and Pulis is finally settled with WBA's board and fans. I don't see what replacing Guidolin with Bradley achieved, and that is not said with hindsight.

Pardew is available if they want a short term appointment.

Slightly surprise about Bradley's sacking. Just like big Sam never been relegated from the premier league.

Oh well, I can only see one way out for Swansea, sell us sigurdsson in January and spend the money wisely.

He would be a good choice to get a short term effect. They should have the balls to get him there, keep them up, have a good next season and then have the bigger set of balls to sack him and bring someone in to continue that progress, just before his ego runs away with him and they implode again :)

My top three guesses would Coleman, Hodgson and Pardew. Outside of those names, I can only really see Giggs, Rowett or possibly Mancini. But I'm sticking with one of my first three, with Roy just edging it.

(No doubt Klinsmann will get a lot of mention, due to the American links. But they've just had their fingers burnt with Bradley. And whilst Jurgen does have PL experience, that was quite a while ago now)

By the way, the next Swansea manager is 9th favourite to be the next PL manager to be sacked.

Quick glance at the Championship table. You can go down well (Newcastle) or go down badly (Villa and Norwich). Swansea are going down badly.

Villa will make the play-offs and it is in their DNA to get promotion pretty quickly after a relegation. Same with Newcastle.

There have been PL attendances in the Championship in the last round of matches with Derby, Brighton, Villa and Newcastle all getting above 30,000. Villa 41,000+, and Newcastle 52,000+. Leeds should get around 35,000 as should Wednesday when they play at home in the festive period.

I don't know if you're half joking or not but actually think he may be their best option for the reasons flt states above.

We all know he's not a good long term option but he's certainly got form for making an immediate impact. Think he's a better option than Roy in that sense.

Think their next appointment and the business they do in Jan will say a lot about whether they are going for it or already preparing for the Championship.

I don't think pards is the answer for them. He left a much better squad only 3 points above Swansea. I can't see him saving them.

They still have a chance with the right choice.

No, I meant it. He is available and can do a job....just doesn't do it well long term. At the moment, Swansea just need a saviour....and he probably needs to be familiar with the EPL. Saints never go for the usual suspects, but Swansea have had their fingers burnt by trying someone from left field....experience is what they need now.

Newcastle helped by the fact Spurs gave them £30m for Sissoko! And £25m for Wijnaldum.
