Any ideas on licenses and permissions on ps4?

I have two PS4's; one for me and another for the kids.

I set the kids up with me being the master account. This meant I could apply parental controls to their accounts.

The sub-accounts (theirs) won't allow them to use YouTube, Plex or Sky.

 

What what what^^^^^ da fuq.

I've done the same on my Xbox's but any account can use YouTube.

Basically as Spurlock said, you should have gone with Xbox #nobber

 

It all works on the first PS4 (the widest has his sub-account on there too), just not the new one.

 

Maybe you've set the restrictions too high?
