We need someone, as pointed out on another thread, like Jordan Rhodes who is a proven striker at this level to start banging them in the net....all we have are ineffectual strikers who couldn't score in a brothal.

I'm numb, I'm angry, I'm fed up....I'm getting pissed tonight

Chery might be the best footballer in our team, but for one reason or another is completely pants. He cannot take a free kick, he cannot take a corner kick, over half his passes go astray.
He needs a rest....but we probably need to cash in on him in January...

We need a creative midfielder and someone to score goals.... and we need them NOW

He has clearly decided that he no longer wants to play in a crap Championship side.
 
I know I'm a million miles from LR, but where do we go from here? Is Polter injured or is Washington flavour of the month?

I don't think we are doomed. We have some decent players not playing and some absolute dross that is. The system and personnel chosen simply aren't the best we can put out and we aren't good enough to get away with that.

If Washington starts up front on his own again I will despair. Inexcusable and I won't be able to contain my anger any longer. Holloway, you've been warned.

Brighton away is the sort of game where there is an argument for it (not that I would still).

I think he'll do something nuts like play Sandro, Hall and Luongo behind two up top.

Can't say I've noticed much difference. We're hardly camped out in opposition half or creating multiple goal opportunities. A decent manager would get the team playing to its max capability. We're off that, with passes going astray, lack of awareness in front of goal and poor finishing. NW would have done better

3 at the back - wing backs - fewer aimless long balls - more possession, more players playing in their positions.

It's all opinion, but I do think the inability to play a settled team week in week out is killing us.
 
Deja-Vu? Holloway signed a two and a half year contract with Millwall and was sacked after they lost 5 of their last 6 matches, they were relegated...
