Moshiri has invested £80m into the club on an interest free, unsecured loan, with no repayment term. We've paid off all of our debt with it. So yet another incorrect statement of 'fact' from the bitter one
We were clearly talking about investment in the squad, not paying off Everton's debt from Kenwright's failed plays
Aim for the sky and you might hit the ceiling. Need to have ambition and targets, and for most of us on here it's top 4 finish this season. Don't realistically have the squad to compete for title unless really really lucky with injuries, as our main back up for up top is youngsters. Also we all know how ****e our defence is but we are capable of scoring loads other end, we lose a few of them to injuries we are fooked, but should have enough about us for top 4.
#nailedon relegation candidates Sunderland now just two points off safety despite no money for transfers Looks like Moyes could be a perfect fit for Everton
I see Klopp was on football focus moaning about timing of Xmas games. I don't think Moyes will be moaning.. #excuseinearly
Moyes is used to it, klopp isn't. I should imagine all managers and players want a winterbreak. Ones who don't fa,tv companies and fans.
Hold on, the brilliant guys at FSG haven't cleared debt and are looking to the fans to pay for stadium improvements?
From what I've read they've got rid of over £200m of our debt since the Hicks & Gillett days but my understanding of the financial side of football is limited. The only thing I am sure of is that every single owner in the premier league is a businessman (or businessmen in some clubs cases) and I'm not naive enough to think that anyone of them would be getting rid of a clubs debt unless it benefited them personally, no owner would be writing off a clubs debt out of the goodness of his heart.
