Yep, the Physio now is just making sure it doesn't get worse. I will have accelerated arthritis and will never get full movement back but I can still do pretty much everything except press-ups (which I hate anyway). Fortunately I was well insured so financially everything sound.
Geological @ 14/1 Dundalk 8.30 - not one bit sure of the young jockey but as a result is carrying an absolute feather weight. Has thrown in some useful runs recently without reward and with Damo English just firing a winner in there I'm hopeful Geo can add to his tally.
Okay, do not shoot the messenger time... I have been told Mick Halford’s Russian Soul will win the Dundalk 8:30, but I see that it was promoted to second last time when the re-opposing disqualified winner interfered with it. Who is to say that it will not be as luckless tonight?
Nothing like a Friday night Dundalk booom! Very impressive from the young claimer there too, handy position and kept it simple. Always be aware of Damian English animals when any movement appears in the market. Frank Spencer could learn a thing or two
