Just wondering why Nigel hasn't signed his new contract. My main thought is that it has to do with budget, has he asked for a percentage of player sales to be reinvested ? Would he ask for all monies from player sales or 50% to be made available for recruitment ? Surely if it was an issue of club ownership - he knows them already so it's yes I will carry on working for you or no thanks, I've had enough of you two. Will we ever find out what the stumbling block is?
White bread, preferably Warburtons. Butter. English mustard, Colmans. Pickled onions chopped up. Corned beef. Bag of Walkers Cheese n Onion to go with it. Cup of Yorkshire Tea. If I don't get some advertising money for that...
It is a bit weird. I'm sure there are any number of issues for him, but it's strange that he's neither signed nor made it clear that he's not going to by now. Unless City know he's leaving but just want to keep it quiet as long as possible.
Bag of Walker's Cheese and Onion (other crisps of that fantastitude are not available), tipped onto a slice of Gregg's sliced white. Topped with its partner slice. And a mug of tea - 2 sugars. The stuff of a final meal before execution. Oh, and a bowl of hummingbird's tongues. On topic: I'm sure that Nigel is considering his plans carefully. He'll only want what's best for him.
