Love Spa, particularly this year with the threat of rain and absolutely no clue who is going to be driving half the cars on the grid. Norris gets FP1 in a Mclaren, but we could see changes at Force India, Williams and Mclaren depending which rumours you believe.
Stroll could join Force India before the end of the season, which either means a straight swap with (probably) Ocon, or there's Kubica. Or there was talk of Ocon joining Mclaren, leaving Vandoorne at Williams.
There's a risk Force India might be barred from racing this weekend: https://www.racefans.net/2018/08/22...india-f1-team-from-racing-belgian-grand-prix/
Why go to the effort of changing the name and losing all points to still have the 'Force India' in the name?
So... does Force point pink pants India point forcer get to start a fresh with PUs as they're a fresh team?
Interesting point, I'd assume that the commercial agreement with Mercedes has probably remained unchanged.
I believe it's to do with the team name having to match the car name? So the cars that Stroll Snr bought are the Force India cars, the team must have that in their monicker. Not sure how that's important given their Entry is now new, but never mind.
Anyone else a little disillusioned by the gaps between Ferrari, Merc and the rest? Effectively, those two manufacturers have achieved their wet dream here in F1. They supply most of the field, yet hold all the advantages as works outfits, they charge the customers for the privilege and they are comfortably ahead of the rest of the field. F1 is in a vicious cycle that Ross Brawn and Liberty need to break. A lot of talent has been and continues to be wasted.
