I remember when the Carling Nations cup was first announced and Nigel was all in favour of it. NIreland he said at the time "could actually win it" . Yes he actually said that !! Now JUST because NIreland were beaten in all 3 matches suddenly he has become its biggest critic!!! Now he thinks its not such a good idea to be playing other teams who play with a "British style"!!! Funny he never said that when the tournament was launched. On another point i have yet to hear him praise the performances of all the other 3 sides who completely outplayed NIreland (Scotland 3-0,ROI 5-0 and Wales 2-0)!!! Sore loser thats what he is!!!
