I know you gave up on posting on this site but I, and many others I'm sure, would love to hear your thoughts on the debacle that is Bristol City again this season. How much longer can the same insanity continue or will our management keep burying their collective heads in the sand?

Bloody hell Mike, we had a draw tonight against the top team who scored both their goals against run of the play. Let's at least be happy for five minutes tonight <laugh>

Look at the table ROD and tell me honestly that despite, I will grant you, what was a good result under our current conditions that you really are watching a team destined for a better lot in life?

I will agree that my constant moanings can never sort out the problems with BCFC but how many more seasons do we have to endure of this rubbish. Perhaps we will be stating th same things next season when we might be languishing at the bottom of League 2 and the blues from the other side will have a huge opportunity to get on our case.

I agree Mike, we played well tonight compared to recent games. Maybe if I complain about O'Drismoll more we might win a few

My biggest regret ROD is that we have slowly fallen from grace and no-one seems to be able to stop the rot anytime soon. All I ask is that we return to respectability and quite frankly I don't think we have the desire or resolution from management to get the job done - very sad! Is it really that difficult to operate a football club with our resources???

With you all the way Mike

I will remain unconvinced about having SOD as our Manager until he proves himself worthy or is sacked.

I am not happy about some of his low budget and 'make do' acquisitions, team selections, or tactics and I am seriously underwhelmed with a lot of our results and performances since he took over in February.

Still believe that this is a really poor division overall, and whilst I never expected automatic promotion, I did expect us to be in the top half and winning many more games than we lost. Instead we're turning into draw specialists which is no good either when we've only won twice.

We are still in a hell of a mess and it's not getting better, despite the recent false dawn.

Maybe if we'd supported our manager when we did have a good one we might not be in this mess

    RIP Gary Johnson

Sorry Rickster he'd taken us as far as he could and we had punched well above our weight in that first season and due to stupid purchases in the transfer market in the January we contrived to shoot ourselves in the foot when we threw away the gift of an automatic promotion place and then fell at the final hurdle in the playoff final.

It's all been Ski Sunday (going downhill fast) ever since
